Every Silverstar piece is made with intention—from the casting of solid .925 sterling silver or 14 karat gold to the final hand-finished polish. Nothing is rushed. Nothing is mass produced. Every order is crafted, handled, and shipped with care.

Production & Processing

All pieces are made to order in your selected metal: .925 sterling silver or 14 karat gold.

Please allow 7–14 business days for production before shipment. Once complete, your piece will be carefully packaged and dispatched.

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship through trusted carriers to ensure secure and reliable delivery.

Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method at checkout.

Shipping Insurance (Required)

Because each piece is custom-crafted in precious metals, shipping insurance is required on all orders.

This ensures your piece is protected in the event of loss, theft, or damage during transit.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Silverstar is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

If an issue occurs during transit, a claim must be filed through the shipping insurance provider. We are happy to assist with any required documentation.

Returns

We offer 14-day returns from the date your order is marked as delivered.

To begin a return:

  • Log into your account
  • Select the order you wish to return
  • Click the return option in the top right corner
  • Follow the prompts to generate your return shipping label

Once your return label is issued, your package must be dropped off and in transit within 10 days.

Return Guidelines

  • Items must be returned in their original condition
  • Worn, damaged, or altered pieces may not be eligible for return
  • Natural characteristics of the metal—including subtle marks, patina, or tonal changes—are not considered defects

Silverstar is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
