Every Silver Star piece begins with intention and ends with care. From casting to packaging, nothing is rushed—and the same standard applies to how your order is shipped.


Processing & Production

All pieces are made to order in solid .925 sterling silver or 14k gold.

Please allow 7–14 business days for production before shipment. Once your piece is complete, it will be carefully packaged and shipped.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.


Shipping & Delivery

We ship via trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and securely.

Delivery times will vary depending on your location and selected shipping method at checkout.


Shipping Insurance (Required)

Because each Silver Star piece is custom-made and cannot be replaced through standard returns, shipping insurance is required on every order.

This protects your purchase in the event of loss, theft, or damage during transit.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Silver Star is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.

If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, you must file a claim directly with the shipping insurance provider.

We will assist with any necessary documentation, but responsibility for claims lies with the customer.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Silver Star is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
